Challenge: Smart TV browsers are notoriously fragmented. Hisense, Samsung Tizen, FireTV, LG WebOS — each vendor ships its own codec quirks, performance limits, and browser engine.
Solution: We built a lean platform optimized for low-power TV browsers: minimal overhead, low render complexity, and prefetched routes.
Result: A market-ready platform with proven compatibility across Hisense, Samsung, FireTV, and more — no device class out of reach.

Challenge: Six working days. A complete Figma file. Zero tolerance for pixel drift — the brand was visually strong, every spacing decision mattered. The site also had to load fast on mobile and desktop.
Solution: We prioritized every feature: what had to be live at launch, what could ship in a second wave. That kept the timeline realistic.
Result: The site shipped one day ahead of deadline — pixel-perfect, mobile-ready, fast. The client started the marketing push as planned and built a strong owned web presence alongside their third-party listings.

Challenge: Build a pipeline that renders five video styles per recipient, handles arbitrarily growing data volumes, and runs unattended. Including upload, hosting, and per-recipient access links.
Solution: End-to-end automation from data intake to upload. The system ingests personalization data, triggers five parallel production runs per recipient, and supervises every step.
Result: Production cost dropped dramatically. 200,000+ videos processed automatically, fully unattended. Error rate dramatically reduced, delivery speed no longer bound to human work hours.

Challenge: Build a WebApp that runs on a Raspberry Pi 3b+ with minimal RAM and CPU — and that handles administration, multilingual content, and display control through a single interface.
Solution: Lightweight local web architecture — deliberately without unnecessary build steps or complex infrastructure. Data storage runs locally, with no separate process and no network overhead.
Result: Functional WebApp running on a 5+ year-old Raspberry Pi 3b+ with minimal resource use. The non-profit manages content independently, no developer required.

Challenge: Digitize the full order process: inquiry, quote, confirmation, availability check, pricing. With guaranteed consistency — no overbookings, even under concurrent requests.
Solution: Custom order management app with a customer dashboard for user invitations, requests, and quote acceptance. Admin panel for order creation, management, and pricing.
Result: Order process fully digitized. No more overbookings. Customers manage requests and quotes independently through their dashboard. The internal team spends meaningfully less time on coordination.

Challenge: Build a SaaS platform covering the full workflow — mobile-ready on site, offline-capable, with Swiss QR invoicing and automated bank reconciliation. Multi-tenant so dozens of businesses run securely in parallel.
Solution: Industry-specific platform with an end-to-end pipeline: offer → rapport → QR invoice → bank reconciliation. One system, no tool switching.
Result: A market-ready platform with 143+ functions. Invoicing reduced from hours to minutes. Automated bank reconciliation. Trade-specific service catalogs live. Multiple Swiss construction businesses run on the platform in parallel.
