A family product with one clear idea: children should be able to talk to a character like on a phone call - no typing, no reading, just talking. The audience is four-to-eight-year-olds; the buying decision sits with the parents.
Our job: the complete mobile app for iOS and Android plus the voice system behind it - from the first screen to live operation.
Challenge

Children don't wait. If the reply stalls even briefly, the magic is gone - the conversation has to keep the rhythm of a real phone call.
On top of that, three hard requirements: the character must remember the child - name, favorites, what was said last time. It needs a recognizable voice that never changes. And parents need full control: their own accounts, clear session boundaries, and no child ever configuring anything.

Real-time voice dialog that feels like a phone call: the child speaks, the character answers - with no perceptible waiting, in the child's language from the first word.
Memory across conversations: the character remembers what the child shares and picks it up on the next call. Individual conversations become a relationship.
User registration with parental controls: family accounts, managed call credit, and controlled session boundaries - parents stay in charge while the child just experiences the conversation.
A cloned character voice: the character sounds the same on every call - one consistent, recognizable voice instead of changing computer voices.
Child-first interface: no menus, no reading required - large gestures with haptic and visual feedback, built for small hands.
