Software for Hotels
Digital platforms for hotels.
Direct-booking websites, guest apps and automation around PMS, channel managers and guest communication. Less OTA dependency, more direct revenue.
Challenge
The Challenge
01
High OTA Commissions
Booking.com and Expedia take 15–25% commission per booking. Without a strong direct channel, your margin shrinks even though the guest already visited your website.
02
No Real Guest Relationship
The OTA owns the data. You know neither the email nor the preferences of your guests and can't reach them directly for the next stay.
03
Manual Communication
Pre- and post-stay runs on dozens of emails: check-in info, directions, upsells, feedback. Without automation this eats reception time.
04
PMS Islands Without Integration
Protel, Apaleon, Mews, ASA — every hotel uses a different PMS, often poorly connected to the website, channel manager and marketing tools. Data sits in silos.
Solution
Our Solution
Direct Booking Engine
Commission-free bookings on your own site. Room availability, rates and packages from your PMS, payment via Stripe, confirmation by email.
Guest App
Progressive web app or native iOS/Android app. Digital room key, check-in, concierge chat, local tips and upsells in one place.
PMS & Channel Integration
Connectors for Protel, Mews, Apaleon, ASA and common channel managers. Rates and availability stay in sync between site, OTAs and PMS.
Automated Guest Communication
Pre-built email and messaging flows: booking confirmation, arrival info, upsell offers, review follow-up. Fully automated, still personal.
Reporting & Analytics
Direct-booking share, channel mix, ADR, RevPAR and guest feedback in one dashboard. Daily numbers without Excel gymnastics.
Multilingual
German, English, Italian, French — ready for international guests. Booking flow, emails and app in the guest's own language.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Does your software replace my existing PMS?
Usually not. We build on top of your existing PMS (e.g. Protel, Mews, Apaleon, ASA) and add a direct-booking engine, guest app and automations. Your PMS remains the operational heart of the hotel.
How much commission do I save through direct bookings?
OTAs typically charge 15–25% per booking. Every direct booking through your own engine avoids that cost completely. For a 50-room hotel at 70% occupancy, shifting 10% from OTA to direct often means 40,000 to 80,000 euros more contribution margin per year.
Are you familiar with the hospitality industry?
Yes. Our studio is based in Tyrol; hospitality and tourism are our home industries. We know PMS platforms, channel managers and the operational realities — from family-run houses to 4-star superior hotels.
