Challenge
A client needed to produce 5 distinct personalized video variants for their customers, each with custom text, animations and individualized content. The manual process was slow, expensive and error-prone at 200,000+ videos.
Solution
Fully automated video rendering pipeline using N8N for orchestration and FFmpeg for processing. End-to-end automation: ingesting personalization data, rendering 5 video styles, uploading to an online platform with unique access links.
Result
Production cost dropped to €0.01–0.03 per video. 200,000+ videos processed automatically. Significant error reduction. Fully unattended — zero manual intervention required.

WebApp — Clock of Change for a Non-Profit
Challenge
A non-profit organization needed a WebApp to manage their "Clock of Change" project — a Raspberry Pi-powered device with a 16-segment display. The app had to be lightweight enough to run on a Raspberry Pi 3b+.
Solution
Development of a REST-based WebApp with Node.js, Vue.js and NuxtJS. SQLite database for WiFi configuration, scrolling text management and user management. Multi-language: German, English, French and Spanish.

Challenge
A railway infrastructure operator managed workshop tracks, sidings and equipment through Outlook calendars. Orders were created and sent manually. Overbookings could only be prevented through tedious manual checks — a system that did not scale.
Solution
Development of a custom order management app with PayloadCMS as the app framework. Customer dashboard for user invitations, requests and quote acceptance. Admin panel for order creation, management and pricing. Integrated booking logic automatically prevents overbooking of tracks and equipment.
